La Bombance
Originated from Nishi-Azabu in Tokyo, La Bombance is founded in 2004 by Chef Makoto Okamoto. As a popular spot among trendsetters and celebrities such as Ken Watanabe and Hidetoshi Nakata, its signature “New Japanese Cuisine” always focuses on seasonality, technique, with a touch of French influence and the passion in hospitality.

Opened in 2016, La Bombance Hong Kong locates at the heart of Causeway Bay with an electrifying Victoria Harbour view.
